Matt Lauer & wife welcome 3rd baby

The NBC newsman and his wife, former model Annette Roque, welcomed their third child Tuesday, a boy they've named Thijs (pronounced "Tice"), in honor of his mother's Dutch heritage. Thijs was born at 9:37 a.m. at a New York hospital, weighing in at 7 pounds, 4 ounces, according to Today spokesperson Megan Kopf, who also said that "mom, dad and baby are doing well." Lauer skipped the show Tuesday to be with his missus.The couple are also mom and dad to son Jack Matthew, 5, and daughter Romy, 3.
